In short: this site does not run its own enquiry form. Quote requests are made through Bark.com, which collects your details and shares them with the professionals who quote for your job, under Bark's own privacy policy. We may be paid a referral fee for the introduction.

Who we are
Northampton Driveways (northamptondriveway.co.uk) is an advertising and introduction website operated by 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, VAT number GB456484167, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. 360 Media Works Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number 00015071714. This site collects no personal data of its own: quote requests are handled entirely by our partner Bark.com (see below), and 360 Media Works Ltd never sees or stores your enquiry details. We act as data controller only for anything you send us directly, such as an email. This is not the website of a driveway company. Privacy questions go to info@360mediaworks.com.
What we collect
Nothing, directly. We do not run our own enquiry form and we do not collect enquiry details on this site. When you request a quote you use the form provided by our partner Bark.com. The details you enter there, typically your name, telephone number, email address, postcode and a description of the job, are collected by Bark and shared with the local professionals who quote for the work, under Bark's privacy policy.
What we do with it
We are paid a referral fee by Bark for quote introductions made through this site. Your enquiry details are processed by Bark and by the professionals who respond to your request; we do not store them, add them to marketing lists, or use them for anything else.
Phone calls
The phone number shown on this site is answered by an automated assistant, not a person, and calls may be recorded. The assistant does not take messages or collect personal details; it directs callers to the quote form on this website.
Legal basis
We handle no enquiry data, that is Bark's role, under the legal bases in their own policy. For the little this site does (replying to emails you send us, site security, and aggregated, non-identifying measurement of how the site is used) we rely on legitimate interests.
Analytics and cookies
Measurement is cookieless: page views are counted in aggregate, individuals are not tracked, and no advertising cookies are set.
Retention
We hold no enquiry records of our own. Retention of the details you submit through the quote form is governed by Bark's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email info@360mediaworks.com to exercise any of these rights for data we hold (essentially just email correspondence). For anything you submitted through the quote form, contact Bark.com, who control that data.
